  • Our talking stage. You get to know me, I get to know you and your business. We chat about your dreams and your needs. We're both intrigued.

If you have any kind of system in place, I'll look under its hood, assessing strengths and opportunities. I'll put together a comprehensive report of my findings and recommendations.

If you don't have a system in place, I'll get straight to dreamscaping one.

  • The fun part. Based on the decisions we make together in the audit stage, I'll set up and/or configure all of your platforms, integrating where appropriate.

I'll demonstrate cool stuff and get your feedback along the way.

  • The really fun part. I'll set up any automations we've agreed would make your life easier.

As I go, I'll send recordings demonstrating how they work and how you can manage them in the long run.

    (Demo-ing automations makes me giddy.)

  • "SOP" = "Standard Operating Procedure"

Perhaps (in my experience) the MOST often neglected part of systems-building, I believe documentation is the cornerstone of any good system.

Why? Because I follow this really morbid philosophy called the Mack Truck Theory. Basically, this theory says that if everyone at your company was to walk into the street and get hit by a Mack truck, your business could continue to function with a totally new batch of employees and little to no disturbance in day to day operations.

This only works if your processes and procedures are kept somewhere outside your head.

  • Ongoing maintenance covers things like, "this automation is doing a weird thing, how fix," and "I need to incorporate a new thing, how do".

Tech goes wonky sometimes, and it's always best to have a qualified professional on standby to periodically check in on your system to preemptively catch problems, keep an eye out for optimizations, and -- of course -- quickly resolve any issues that may occur.

Please note that I do provide one-off services (for example, just automation configuration), but at my discretion. I prefer to be holistically involved in the process, whether we start from the ground or from a patchwork foundation, because a) I’m all about relationship-building, and b) it helps me to better understand the inner workings of your business — and prepare your systems accordingly!

$$$

OK, what’s this going to cost me?

A simple question with an annoyingly vague answer.

It varies.

I offer complimentary 30-minute consultations. Most audits sit around $200.

If you decide you’d like to proceed to audit, I’ll always tell you if I think yours will come with a higher (or lower) price tag than that.

My audit reports include a quote for platform setup & integration, automation configuration, SOP development, and ongoing maintanence, so you’ll know what you’re getting into before we go there.

Transparency, baby.
